- Account: email and password if you create an account.
- Bookings: calendar and call details when you book a call.
- Free audit tools: URLs you submit and the email used to receive results.
- Diagnostic quizzes (ELCA, Creator): your responses.
- Consent records: the exact consent text shown, timestamp, IP, user agent, and source page.
- AI conversations: messages you send to our chat or voice agent.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring URL.
- Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks.

3. Why we collect it (legal bases)
- Deliver requested services (audits, mockups, booked calls, AI replies).
- Communicate with you (transactional email/SMS, follow-up).
- Marketing - only with your opt-in consent.

4. Cookies, analytics, and pixels

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. AI interactions
When you use our chat or voice agent, your messages are sent to our AI providers (currently Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs for voice). Conversations may be stored to improve service and answer follow-ups. AI can make mistakes - verify anything important. You can request a human at any time by emailing us.
7. SMS & email
- We send marketing email or SMS only with your explicit opt-in.
- SMS frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical address (CAN-SPAM).
- We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain a suppression list.
8. Data retention
- Lead and CRM records: up to 7 years for tax and contract recordkeeping.
- Audit & diagnostic results: 24 months, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Consent logs: 7 years (proof of consent).
- Account data: until you delete the account.
- Analytics: aggregated, retained per provider defaults (typically 14-26 months).
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention).
- Withdraw consent for marketing.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and limit; right to opt out of "sharing" - we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, scoped access for admin users, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
